Adam Wilson graduated from Christendom College in 2007 and returned to his alma mater in 2016 to oversee the Annual Fund during the Call to Greatness campaign for the new Christ the King Chapel. He helped lead the project to plan and create Christendom’s Free Online Courses initiative, which continues to educate and deepen the faith of several thousand people each month. Now, as Executive Director of Donor Relations, Adam assists benefactors to make a deep and lasting impact on the Church and society through Christendom’s students and programs. He directs the donor relations officer team and works closely with the president to steward and serve the generous benefactors who make Christendom possible. He previously served in several roles for The Cardinal Newman Society, including as Editor of The Newman Guide and Director of Communications. Ms. Joan FitzPatrick serves as Christendom’s Director of Advancement Communications. In this role, she is executive producer of Christendom’s free online courses and the Principles quarterly journal, and oversees the department’s communications strategy, particularly its digital content and direct mail programs. She served as salutatorian of Christendom’s class of 2009, graduating summa cum laude with a BA in English Language and Literature, and advanced studies in French. After a period of missionary and humanitarian work in rural francophone Cameroon, Joan returned to the States and served her country in a variety of roles in the federal government. She has also worked as a teacher, advisor, and curriculum developer in Montessori and classical education. She is happy to be back at Christendom, where her own formation began, supporting an educational mission centered on wisdom, truth, and a right understanding of the human person. Allan oversees the technology systems and data processes that enable our Advancement team to effectively connect with benefactors, alumni, and the extended Christendom community. In this role, he manages our donor database systems, ensures data integrity, and develops technology solutions that empower our fundraising and stewardship professionals to do their work more efficiently. Allan leads a team responsible for gift processing, database administration, and donor records management, providing the technical foundation that allows our advancement staff to focus on building meaningful relationships. Luke graduated summa cum laude from Christendom College in May of 2026 with a B.A. in Mathematics. As a student, Luke was actively involved in campus ministry, taking organ lessons throughout his undergraduate studies and serving as the college’s Auxiliary Organist, playing for weekday Masses and Holy Hours during the school year. Now, as Advancement Data Manager, Luke serves as the primary steward of the Advancement Office’s donor data systems, owning the configuration, standards, and best practices that govern how data is entered, maintained, and utilized across the department. Prior to joining Christendom in 2009, Tim spent 23 years in the information technology industry in sales, marketing and management. He has been an IT consultant for General Dynamics, Rockwell Intl., and Virginia Tech among others. He has held clearances with the federal government and has assessed and designed sensitive network systems for the U.S. Navy, U.S. Marine Corps, Dept. of Homeland Security and a few other unnamed agencies. Tim holds an FCC license and is a Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD – 1 of 9000 worldwide) through the Building Industry Consulting Services International (BICSI). Drs. Warren & Anne Carroll have been dear friends of the Flagg family since the early 1970’s and he enjoys working with the Advancement team. Madeline Gecosky graduated with her BA in philosophy in May of 2024. She is deeply grateful for Christendom; It offered her an opportunity to have a well-spent youth. Madeline is from Metro Detroit, Michigan. She is very passionate about her home state, as well as its art, culture, and natural beauty.  Prior to accepting this position, she spent time talking with benefactors and preparing mailings for the sponsor-a-student program, both of which she deeply enjoyed. She now enjoys being a part of the advancement team by providing administrative support. She also has a passion for travel and pilgrimage. This passion was rekindled during her semester in Rome with Christendom. She enjoys taking long hikes and appreciating the beauty of Europe. She wrote her thesis on the philosophy of travel. Born and raised in Front Royal, VA, Rose has been a part of Christendom her whole life and has fostered a deep love for the college’s identity and mission. Rose graduated Summa Cum Laude from Christendom College in May of 2022 with a BA in Philosophy. Joining the Advancement team immediately after graduation, Rose now serves as the Director of Alumni & Donor Engagement. She manages the alumni and donor engagement team, ensuring all donors and alumni are properly thanked and acknowledged for their generosity to the college. Justine joined Christendom College in September of 2022, serving as the Advancement Office Assistant, where she supports the donor gift and acknowledgment process and helps to maintain the donor database. Prior to arriving to Christendom, she worked in various academic, religious, and secular industries in New York City. She was born and raised in Brooklyn, NY. Raised in Tallahassee, Florida as the oldest of six children, Emily Meli chose to attend Christendom College because she was inspired by the mission of Christendom to “restore all things in Christ.” As a student, Emily worked various jobs with the St. Lawrence Commons kitchen, the St. John the Evangelist library, and the Advancement Department. She was also involved in the leadership of several clubs, particularly the Student Activities Council, on which she served for three years. As a senior, Emily had the honor of serving campus as the Student Body President, and she graduated Summa Cum Laude from Christendom in 2025 with a B.A. in Theology. After working in the Accounting Department for an alumni-owned handyman company, the mission that inspired Emily as a high school student called her back to join Christendom as a staff member in 2026. Anastasia is a 2025 alumna of Christendom College with a BA in Philosophy. While studying for her undergraduate degree, her love for the greater mission of Christendom, to “Restore All Things in Christ,” was enkindled, which led her to become involved with the College’s Advancement Team. She currently oversees the digital marketing in hopes of extending Christendom’s and the Church’s noble mission and outreach. After four years serving as a missionary for FOCUS, Henry is very excited to return home to his alma mater, Christendom. While he studied mathematics in his undergrad, Henry put the liberal arts core to work during his time as a missionary, connecting with students, faculty, donors, and their families. He recently completed his MBA with a concentration in Catholic Philanthropy through the University of Mary and is excited to share what he has learned with the team as well as all the benefactors he serves. He has primarily been working on the East Coast for the last several years and is looking forward to continuing to build relationships with the Christendom family out east. Melissa is honored to join the Christendom family in its noble mission to “restore all things in Christ.” With a B.S. degree in Theatre from Northwestern University and an M.F.A. degree in Acting from the Catholic University of America, Melissa brings outstanding communication skills and performance expertise to the Advancement Team. Prior to her position as Donor Relations Officer, Melissa served as a Chapter Development Officer for Legatus, successfully adding dozens of members to the organization and growing chapters throughout the West Region. Her top skill is relationship building, particularly with Catholic executives, leaders, and potential donors. As Christendom’s first Donor Relations Officer serving the Western states, Melissa is eager to introduce and to share the mission of the College with many new constituents, and to grow the Christendom donor base in a largely untapped area of the country. Passionate about the arts, the Catholic faith, and individuals in need, Melissa’s early career experience includes professional theatre, commercials, and film, university ministry, a decade of pro-life advocacy, service as a catechist, and English as a Second Language instruction. Before joining the Advancement Office in January 2014, Glen spent many years in academia, earning a BA in Liberal Studies focusing on Classical and British Literature, and a Master’s Degree in Theological Studies specializing in New Testament and Church History. As Research Analyst, he is responsible for fulfilling any requests for data that may prove beneficial to the Advancement Team and other staff members to continue to cultivate excellent relationships with our donors and friends. His interests include music that he is too young to appreciate but enjoys nevertheless, “Doctor Who” and its various spin-offs, and the history and liturgies of the Anglican Communion, particularly in relation to the Personal Ordinariates made possible by Pope-Emeritus Benedict XVI. Karl graduated from St. John’s College in 2008 with a BA in liberal arts. He joined the admissions team at St. John’s for the next two years, before earning his MS in library studies from Clarion University in 2011. After earning his master’s, Karl worked at Shenandoah University as the assistant director for data and records management for the college’s admissions office. As database and student employee manager, Karl is in charge of benefactor and alumni records for the college, responsible for managing all analytics and reports for the Advancement Office and keeping up-to-date on all things related to strategic data analysis for the college. In addition, Karl also hires, trains, and manages the student personnel of the advancement office, organizing and supervising the student calling program and mentoring the student employees as they progress through their collegiate careers. Therese graduated from Christendom College in May of 2026 with her BA in Theology. Her time at Christendom gave her countless experiences she would not have received elsewhere, and she is forever grateful for all the College has done for her. Born and raised in South Central Kentucky, Therese grew up surrounded by Protestants and never had the opportunity to experience a truly Catholic culture before coming to Christendom. She hopes to ensure other students can be blessed with the same experiences she had, including performing in student concerts, serving on the Student Activities Council, forming life-long friendships, and most importantly, growing in her faith and love of God. Catherine is a proud graduate of Christendom College, who graduated in May of 2024 as an honors student with a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy. Catherine is originally from rural Oklahoma and is the fourth of ten children. She enjoys multiple outdoor activities such as horseback riding, sailing, and hiking. As a Christendom student, Catherine worked as an Advancement Caller and resident assistant, participated in two Mystery Dinner Theater productions, and served as Secretary and Chairman for the Chester-Belloc Debate Society.  Catherine is passionate about the mission of the college, as she has experienced firsthand how it has blessed herself, her friends, and the Church. The friendships she formed and formation she received during her time as a student have been an invaluable gift from God, for which she is incredibly thankful. Jacob Stevens serves as the Gift Planning Officer at Christendom College, where he is honored to support the mission of the college that shaped him so profoundly. Jacob graduated summa cum laude from Christendom in 2023, majoring in Philosophy and minoring in Classical and Early Christian Studies. As a student, he served as a Resident Assistant for three years and was Head Resident Assistant during his senior year, providing mentorship and leadership to underclassmen. Now in his role with the Gift Planning Office, Jacob is excited to help others make a lasting impact on Christendom’s future through their Catholic legacy.
