Danielle recently graduated Summa Cum Laude from Christendom College in 2017 with a major in theology. She developed a deep appreciation and love for Christendom after transferring to the college after attending two universities in Canada, where she was born and raised. Christendom’s intimate size and its focus on the Faith provided a ready contrast to the large, secular institution she had previously attended, allowing her to thrive in an environment with fellow students and faculty who genuinely cared about her academic, social, and spiritual well-being and success. Danielle served as a member of the communications team for the President of the Treasury Board of Canada for two summers during her post-secondary studies. She also served as an assistant Admissions counselor during her three years at Christendom. During her last two summers, she worked as an Experience Christendom Summer Program counselor, sharing her passion for Christendom and the Faith with almost 600 high school students. As a student, Danielle participated extensively in the performing arts opportunities and many other extra-curricular activities. She started a club to visit a local nursing home to spread the joy and love of Christ to the elderly through music and conversation, and ran an initiative to support the women on campus by discussing important topics and issues faced by women in our society today. One of Danielle’s favorite aspects of Christendom is the incredible community, which extends even beyond campus and graduation. She is proud to be a part of building up such a strong community of people invested in seeing each other succeed in all areas of life. She is very excited to continue serving Christendom and its mission to restore all things in Christ by sharing her deep love of the college and assisting others in helping Christendom thrive!
